Based on the technical parameters in the design report, a ‘Request for Proposal’ has been issued inviting offers for implementation of the Project including providing all hardware, software and networking for the entire project.

The Project will also enable better enforcement of regulatory compliance and service delivery standards of recruiters and help prevent illegal recruitment and the exploitation of workers. The Project will establish interfaces among key stakeholders that are easy to access and to introduce systems that simplify different processes in the emigration cycle and improve their effectiveness. The Project is aimed at transforming the emigration process into becoming a simple transparent, effective and efficient process.
