Manisha Koirala Is Almost Unrecognizable

We recently spotted the Nepali beauty at Rohit Roy’s bash and for a moment we thought she was the actor’s not-so-good-looking older sister!

Seen in a body-hugging black T-shirt teamed with an insipid long grey jacket, Manisha Koirala looked haggard and pale. The wrinkles and double chin showed and the zest to party was clearly missing. If not presentable, this once-upon-a-time bootilicious babe could have at least made sure that she wore the right bra beneath her top. The unkempt hair and the cellulite that keeps accumulating with every passing day….wethinks what’s affecting Manisha are her incorrigible habits that we have read so much about. Known for her smoking and alcohol addiction, the Saudagar superstar also has a series of failed relationships to her credit, which is probably one of the main reasons for her stressed-out appearance.

The minute you see her, you would immediately wonder if this is the same beautiful, charming lady who won hearts with her cuteness in ‘Bombay’, ’1942 – A Love Story’, ‘Khamoshi’, ‘Akhele Hum Akhele Tum’ and others…Yes, this is Manisha Koirala… It came as a surprise to many when the actress was recently spotted at a film’s launch party, looking plump, dull and quite aged.

Manisha, who got married last year to Samrat Dahal in traditional Nepali style, was alleged to be facing problems in her marital life. She had also posted on her social networking site that her marriage is in trouble.Sources claim that Koirala was not comfortable with the traditional ways of at her husband’s place. She said to have tried her best to adjust with the domesticity but then, is almost on the verge to give up. Although Manisha had considered giving her marriage one last shot, talks are also going on that she has applied for divorce…

Manisha Koirala was born in( August 16, 1970) Kathmandu, Nepal, into the politically prominent Koirala family to Prakash Koirala and Sushma Koirala. Her grandfather Bishweshwar Prasad Koirala was the Prime Minister of Nepal during the late 50s-early 60s, as well as two of her late great-uncles, Girija Prasad Koirala and Matrika Prasad Koirala. She studied at Vasant Kanya Mahavidhyalaya (VKM),Varanasi till Class X. She stayed with her grandmother in Varanasi during her studies. After passing tenth standard she shifted to the Army Public School, Dhaula Kuan, New Delhi (APS). Her ambition was to be a doctor, but a modelling stint opened a career path into Bollywood.
